Rachel Maddow likely spoke for many Americans when she reacted to Donald Trump’s campaign spinning his third presidential debate performance into a heroic achievement for the GOP nominee.
Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway and supporter Rudy Giuliani appeared on MSNBC and defended a slew of the Republican nominee’s statements, including Trump saying that he’d let the country be “in suspense” when he was asked whether he will accept the outcome of the general election.
When the camera cut back to the debate coverage team in the studio, Maddow could not hide her pure, hand-waving astonishment.
“Can we just stop, just for a second, because that was absolutely completely and totally insane!” Maddow said of the campaign spinning Trump’s refusal to accept election results as mere business as usual. “Can I just express that mild feeling? That was absolutely, completely and totally insane.”.....................................

as many of us were. It's no surprise that all we are hearing today is Al Gore didn't concede until 36 days later. I remember one thing about that election. Gore was declared the winner, the next moment he wasn't. Seems we have a problem in Florida, stop the presses.
