Remember when the media refused to run a story that wasn't double and triple sourced?

Because their reputation was on the line. Because they feared (rightfully) that if a story they reported as factual turned out to be false that they would lose the trust of their viewers?

Fast forward to the way the media is mishandling the disinformation of the Wikileaks. Even though every reputable government agency and their spokespeople are raising red flags like crazy that these leaks cannot and should not be thought of as having even a grain of truth to them, our media insists on running the story as an exercise in "guilty until proven innocent...and then, you're still guilty because you're a Clinton."

Shameful. Even more shameful and dangerous to our democracy than the ravings of The Orangutan. He will be gone in two weeks. Our media will be sticking around, and they are envisioning a field day of attacking Hillary, based entirely on lies and innuendo being driven by RW forces both here and abroad.
