I think it might be a good thing. Let the GOP obstruct - it might be a good thing. It's not as if US foreign policy comes to a halt, though I might wish it did mean that.

They want to use Benghazi to bring down Obama but yet we were supposed to shut up and salute when the wonder boy President lied about WMDs to justify the Iraq war.

Democratic senators start screaming about how they won't vote for McCain because of his role in lying us into the Iraq war.
McCain will shut up after that, and then a week or so later, float Lindsey Graham's name and do it all again.
