She spelled it wrong on purpose. Apparently she wanted to look like a "deplorable" who is stupid...intentionally. Not sure why, but anyhow...she knew it was spelled wrong.

I've observed that type of thinking among retired baby boomers in Ohio too, with other types of government spending perceived as a threat to their retirement benefits.
