WikiLeaks: Julian Assange's internet access has been 'cut off' by Ecuador

SNIP..............

PARIS — WikiLeaks says founder Julian Assange's internet access has been cut by an unidentified state actor. Few other details were immediately available.

Assange has been up holed up at the Ecuadorean Embassy in London for more than four years after skipping bail to avoid being extradited over sex-crimes allegations.

The cramped quarters haven't prevented the Australian transparency activist from working, and WikiLeaks continues to deliver scoops including revelations that have rattled Hillary Clinton's campaign for president as the US election enters its final stretch.

"We can confirm Ecuador cut off Assange's internet access Saturday, 5pm GMT, shortly after publication of Clinton's Goldman Sachs speechs," the organization said.

Why can't someone the US or London or anyone find how he's transferring this information and block it. So I see it has happened.

But I'm sure that sleazy rapist will find another way.

He has nerve being this bullshit "beacon of truth" yet he has not told the truth in his own personal life. Go back and face your accusers....if you are innocent you should want to clear your name. One sex deviant trying to RIG the election for another one. Well it ain't workin ASSange.

...and is tired of tweaking Sweden's and Uncle Sam's noses by sheltering Assange. Or perhaps Assange has simply worn out his welcome.

Whatever, it is about time they silenced him. He's toxic, and is only interested in punishing the US in general and Democrats in particular. Nothing about Russian oligarchs. Nothing about the GOP.

He can go to Hell -- or, preferably, to prison in this life.

19. Ecuador's logic has to do with the fact that they perceive Assange is meddling in a US election,

and they don't want ANY part of that shit.

They know full well Putin is helping him. Assange is wearing out his welcome.

I'd laugh like hell if they found new digs in London, and said, "Sorry, Julian--we're moving...you're kinda fucked, there, pal!"

The announcement came a day after WikiLeaks said that Mr. Assange’s connection to the internet had been severed shortly after the organization published speeches that Hillary Clinton gave to Goldman Sachs, the global investment firm. The transcripts, the latest in a series of disclosures, appear to have come from the hacked email account of John Podesta, the chairman of her campaign and a White House chief of staff when Mrs. Clinton’s husband served as president.

The statement clearly sought to separate Ecuador from the decision by WikiLeaks to publish Mr. Podesta’s emails and, before those, emails hacked from the Democratic National Committee and other organizations. In recent weeks, Mr. Assange, once the hero of the American left for exposing classified State Department and Pentagon documents, has been hailed by Donald J. Trump and his advisers for disclosures from Mrs. Clinton’s campaign, which Mr. Trump has used almost daily to fuel his attacks on her.

American intelligence agencies have said that the D.N.C. hack was the work of the Russian government, and had to be approved at the highest levels of the Kremlin. But it is unclear how the documents made it to WikiLeaks, which has never said where the emails came from, if it knew.

And pressure from the Brit's hopefully Ecuador will kick assange out soon and send him to Sweden.

I would not doubt if assange has been blackmailing them all this time. I remember awhile back something was mentioned about how he got money while there for stuff being delivered. Has anything come out on who it came from?
