I wish the reporters covering all these hacked email stories

would make the point that the reason these emails are all coming from people like John Podesta is because they were using either commercial accounts like gmail or the official .gov email accounts -- which we knew to have been the subject of massive hacks well before the hacked-email-dumpings started to occur.

None of these hacked emails came from Hillary's private server.

But this proves another point -- that using a commercial server, like gmail or AOL (as Colin Powell did) wouldn't have been any safer than Hillary's private one -- as some have claimed.
