Related: About this forumSunday Morning, and Trump makes sure narrative shifts from GrOPer to election is rigged.
See what they did there? Control of the daily narrative seems to be a huge part of their strategy, even if they have to send surrogates out to embarrass themselves with stupidity.

Seems like surrogates are trying to redefine "rigging" as "hostile coverage" to cover for Trump's irresponsible, evidence-free claims.

Giuliani: He's not saying it will be rigged at the polling places.

The election is absolutely being rigged by the dishonest and distorted media pushing Crooked Hillary - but also at many polling places - SAD
Election is being rigged by the media, in a coordinated effort with the Clinton campaign, by putting stories that never happened into news!
Polls close, but can you believe I lost large numbers of women voters based on made up events THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Media rigging election

Why Trump rigged vote claim could leave lasting impact
Julie Pace, AP October 16, 2016
WASHINGTON Donald Trump keeps peddling the notion the vote may be rigged. Its unclear whether he understands the potential damage of his words, or simply doesnt care.
Trumps claim, made without evidence, undercuts the essence of American democracy, the idea that U.S. elections are free and fair, with the vanquished peacefully stepping aside for the victor. His repeated assertions are sowing suspicion among his most ardent supporters, raising the possibility that millions of people may not accept the results on Nov. 8 if Trump loses.
The responsibilities for the New York billionaire in such a scenario are minimal. Trump holds no public office and has said hell simply go back to his very good way of life if Democrat Hillary Clinton wins.
Instead, Clinton and congressional Republicans, should they retain control, would be left trying to govern in a country divided not just by ideology, but also the legitimacy of the presidency.
As Trumps campaign careens from crisis to crisis, hes broadened his unfounded allegations that Clinton, her backers and the media are conspiring to steal the election. ..........
