Fox News poised to announce an Alan West win.

They are showing video clips of West smiling with supporters (mostly older white women). They claim he is gaining in the recount while inferring that democrats "hid" that missing box of early votes. If not a win, an automatic recount is "almost assured." A final count should occur sometime this afternoon.

He is still behind after a recount. Still wouldn't concede, though.
