Voter fraud? - Repubs suck at math and logic

I see this comment about 59 districts in Philly with zero Romney votes - "even if among 10?s of thousands of voters all wanted to vote for Obama, it would not be possible to receive 100% of the vote because at least a few would make a mistake"

1. Maybe the error resulted in a vote for one of the many other candidates other than Romney, like Jill Stein.
2. Maybe there were 100 districts where no one wanted to vote for Romney and by accident Romney got a vote in 41 of them but not in all 100.
3. If someone voted for Romney in the 59 districts how come he hasn't call up the news media to tell them about their vote not being counted?

The claim is NOT that Obama got 100% in Philadelphia, it's only that Romney got zero. Jill Stein probably got zero in thousands of districts - by Republican logic that can only happen by fraud. They would argue - if they were consistent - that even if people did not want to vote for Stein she would get some votes by accident. That's bad logic.
