I am taking four women with me, the youngest of which is in her early forties, who have never voted before. We will go stand in line and vote, and then go have a celebratory lunch.

I won't be voting straight Dem ticket. The reason being for that is that in my precinct there are sometimes third party candidates running against a Republican and no Democratic candidate. In those instances, I vote for anything that is not a Republican. If there's a Dem candidate, I vote for the Dem.

Like you, I cannot WAIT until my vote is cast and I can sit back and relax a little.
