Trump just implied that the People reporter he allegedly attempted to molest is too ugly to attack

Last edited Thu Oct 13, 2016, 02:31 PM - Edit history (1)

He said "Take a look. Look at her. Look at her words. You tell me what you think. I don't think so."

What does looking at her have to do with it?

She IS female. Maybe speaking English is a turn off? Maybe he likes them foreign, so he can lie about their past Ivana was an "Olympic skier" that nobody ever saw on the team. Maleria has "two college degrees, and speaks 5 languages" The only person who has college degrees after dropping out in the first semester is Sarah Palin!! Maybe he decided this reporter was "not his type" because he did not impress her, and she shoved him off. He likes women who are impressed with wealth (supposing he HAS any) and FUGLY, fat guys.

smilie...

Of course she is his "type"... and while I don't doubt that he has a "type" (married former models, owned a number of beauty pageants, complained about the attractiveness of an "extra" at a comedy roast of him, etc, etc.... I wouldn't doubt that he might very well sexually assault some random woman (or even girl in his case) no matter what she looked like.

If appearances are to be the deciding factor here, many of the women I've seen are a heck of a lot more attractive than he is.

Just look at him.

Of course, he's too narcissistic to see it ...

Now he’s running for president of our country. The other day, I listened to him talk about how he treats women on the Access Hollywood tape. I felt a strong mix of emotions, but shock wasn’t one of them.

I was relieved. I finally understood for sure that I was not to blame for his inappropriate behavior. I had not been singled out. As he explained to Billy Bush, it was his usual modus operandi with women. I felt deep regret for not speaking out at the time. What if he had done worse to other female reporters at the magazine since then because I hadn’t warned them?

And lastly, I felt violated and muzzled all over gain.

During the presidential debate, Donald Trump lied about kissing women without their consent. I should know. His actions made me feel bad for a very long time.

They still do.

Four years after the Trump incident, I left the magazine to write screenplays and books—a few are New York Times bestsellers.

I’m not sure what locker room talk consists of these days. I only know that I wasn’t in a locker room when he pushed me against a wall. I was in his home, as a professional, and his beautiful pregnant wife was just upstairs.
Talk is talk. But it wasn’t just talk in my case, it was very much action.
And, just for the record, Mr. Trump, I did not consent.

Thank you for this, factfinder..

Perhaps, he is confusing the airline victim who is in her 70s now with this much younger reporter. He even says it happened at a public place. The reporter interviewed him in his home. Since when is his house a public place? It's hard for him to keep track of all of his victims...

Here's what he said:

"Then, there was a writer from People Magazine, who wrote a story on Melania and myself on our first anniversary. The story was beautiful. It was beautiful. It was lovely. But last night we hear that after 12 years — this took place 12 years ago, this story — a new claim that I made inappropriate advances during the interview to this writer.

And I asked very simple question, why wasn't it part of the story that appeared 20 or 12 years ago? Why wasn't it a part of the story? Why didn't they make it part of the story? I was one of the biggest stars on television with The Apprentice and I would've been one of the biggest stories of the year. Think of it, she's doing this story on Melania, who was pregnant at the time. And Donald Trump, our one year anniversary, and she said I made inappropriate advances, and by the way, the area was a public area, people all over the place.

Take a look, you take a look. Look at her, look at her words. You tell me, what you think. I don't think so. I don't think so.

Here's the NYT detailing the People writer:

"But during the 2005 assignment for People, she said, Mr. Trump told her that he wanted to show her around his Mar-a-Lago mansion, particularly one “tremendous” room she needed to see. His wife had gone off to another part of the residence to change into a new outfit, she wrote.

“We walked into that room alone, and Trump shut the door behind us,” Ms. Stoynoff wrote. “I turned around, and within seconds he was pushing me against the wall and forcing his tongue down my throat.

“I was stunned. And I was grateful when Trump’s longtime butler burst into the room a minute later, as I tried to unpin myself,” Ms. Stoynoff wrote. She said the butler “informed us that Melania would be down momentarily.”

"Toronto-based professor and writer Paul McLaughlin believes former Toronto Star journalist Natasha Stoynoff is telling the truth — saying her story hasn’t changed since she first told him about it shortly after the alleged 2005 attack.
