MSNBC: Russia Today announced new leaked emails from Wikileakes BEFORE Wikileaks released them

This happened today.

Apparently some new email was released today. Prior to that release, RT ran a story saying that new email was released. No other sources yet.

transparent U.S. Gov't (because, you know, Russia is already so transparent ) and no matter than U.S. intelligence have concluded that Russian operatives have hacked (only!) into the Democratic Party's e-mails in the hope of influencing this presidential and congressional elections...it just ain't so!
