(6,587 posts)a little of it & there is something up. For the one obvious thing, I am sure they see the writing on the wall that Clinton is more likely to be the next President & they have done nothing to endear themselves to her & Trump is probably not going to be in very good shape after the election. He has destroyed the Trump brand & a lot of people do not now want to be associated with it. Business is down especially in his hotels over 59% they said at one time. It will be interesting.

(6,587 posts)the women (which absolutely she does not). She keeps on like Clinton needs to get off her high-horse about the emails the speeches. She gives Trump so many passes which is why if she is for Clinton she has a weird way of showing her support.

(61,695 posts)Yeah, she's pathetic in insisting H do those things.

(56,828 posts)plenty of Democrats didn't like what happened with Lewinsky, etc. However, most Democrats also realized that the hyperventilating media and Republicans had blown adultery way out of proportion.
There is also a huge difference between adultery and rape or sexual assault.

(4,113 posts)Newt Gingrich, Dan Burton, Henry Hyde, David Vitter, Bob Livingston and others. They were all having affairs or recently had affairs while they were pontificating on how terrible Clinton's conduct was. That took away any credibility they could have had in their attacks because it was revealed that they were major hypocrites.
I'm not aware of any of Hillary's attacks on Trump being hypocritical. And Trump and his minions are trying to deflect the argument to bring Bill Clinton in the mix, as if his behavior was all Hillary's fault. Quite a leap of logic, but that's standard procedure with Republicans of late.

(82,383 posts)Bill Clinton did not do anything so crass. And he can attract women without forcing himself on them. Bill may fail to resist temptation but Don the Con does not tempt any women and therefore has to use his money or power.

(13,340 posts)If Democrats defending Bill and attacking Don the Con are hypocritical, then so is any GOPer who called Bill Clinton a disgrace, impeached him and is now using Clinton as an excuse to not hold Cheeto Jeebus accountable.
I have no doubt Clinton was a horn dog an probably did inappropriate things. But he didn't brag about it on the radio and TV. Clinton never publicly claimed he was able to sexually assault women because of his star status. At least some of these claims are simply backing up what Trump himself said he did.

(26,060 posts)what Joey was saying about Bill Clinton during impeachment? He was just a young congressperson at the time and came in during the 1994 wave. I'm betting his hypocrisy is off the charts on this issue.
