...that means depositions under oath, which leads us to those two magic "P" words: Perjury and Prison.

Bring it on, tRump! Bring it!

Every detail before they launch a story like this. If the story is out there it's safe to say
that if he sues he will end up losing not only the case but paying all the fees for both sides.

Either he is crazy or he is crazy.

in order to work up his rabid base. They love this stuff, suing anyone that disagrees with Trump, and with them. Trump is a lot of talk, and it's all about getting his base so pissed off they help him destroy the republican party. All I can say is "carry on mr Trump"!

As well, with so many others coming out and the tapes causing falling polls, it's going to be hard for him to prove damages

There isn't a chance in hell that the NYT didn't have multiple sources for each of the two incidents. In each case the women involved told multiple people what Trump did to them right after the incidents. The Times has statements from those people as well.

It's all bluster for consumption by his base; he really doesn't want to go there.

The NYT has more and better lawyers than Trump could ever afford.

They broke the other two reports out tonight of how he sexually assaulted other women than those reported by the NYT.

Oh, and was it Rolling Stone (I can't recall) that had the original of the "Miss Teen USA" creepy voyeurism stories on minors? Are they being sued, too?

Dang, his attorneys are banking on this election, huh?
