Trump is like Captain Quint and Clinton is like the shark,
former Arkansas governor says, before Megyn Kelly reminds
him the shark ate the captain

The 2016 campaign has jumped the shark. Specifically, the shark from Jaws.
In a conversation with Fox News host Megyn Kelly, former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee declared that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump may be rough around the edges, but when the chips are down, hes the person you can trust to save your life not unlike Captain Quint in the film Jaws.
Hes like Captain Quint in the original movie Jaws, Huckabee said. Hes vulgar, hes salty, he might even get drunk ... But hold on here: hes the guy whos gonna save your butt and save your family. And so, at the end of the day, when he kills the shark, youre happy about it.
Huckabee, who has long been a critic of American popular culture, continued with the analogy. Now, Hillary is the shark, Huckabee said. Shes going to eat your boat, shes gonna have open borders, immigration out the kazoo, and so the choice is, do you vote for Captain Quint, whos gonna save your family, or do you vote for the shark? Thats the choice you get to make.
Kelly, clearly a scholar of summer blockbusters, burst Huckabees bubble by reminding the former governor that Quint was devoured by the shark.

He's trying to distance himself from 'the horror', by claiming a few degrees of separation.
For Trump to be chemotherapy, Will and his brethren 'conservatives' need to name the cancer. They dare not.
