In another blow to California Republicans, Rep. Brian Bilbray has conceded his race against Scott Peters for the San Diego-area seat, ending the Republican's second go-round in Congress.

San Diego had a democratic sweep - seriously. We won nearly everything (I don't count Issa as he is county not city)

(4,551 posts)The Republicans are likely to lose 3 members of the House of Representatives from California. Mary Bono Mack has already conceded, and next will probably be Dan Lungren.

I think even Republicans thought that was over the line.
