Gallup and Rasmussen fell on their faces on election day. Why do people still trust them for Obama's approval numbers?

9. PBO Had Good Approval Ratings from Gallup Even When They Had Romney Winning the Race

This fact always made me suspicious of their head to head numbers between the 2 for president. A fact that was apparently lost on repubs who accepted the race numbers as accurate.

10. Gallup used different methods to get the approval ratings.

It was their LV model that was wrong. The approval ratings have always been done surveying all adults. I think the approval is pretty accurate. The LV poll #'s were atrocious.
