As we've seen with "No Fat Chicks Gate", Trump loves to send out angry, vindictive tweets in the wee hours of the morning about people who not complied with his every whim or who have bruised his thin-skinned ego.
When he gets "the 3 AM call" he might be too busy insulting and berating world leaders who've not gone along with everything he wants, or worse, have bruised his paper thin skinned ego.
