2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumPhonebank from home for Hillary! Trump hates you!
If you find yourself with some time on your hands, you can help your nation out without ever leaving the comfort of your couch, or your parents basement!
Living in this nation, we have been dealt a raw hand with having a Orange faced buffoon run as the republican nominee, our disgust is palpable, and it is our DUTY to remind the nation that Trump is a racist, xenophobic, ugly, rude, funky, weird, nasty, selfish, non tax paying, festering pit of supercilious ass cheese.
Do us all a favor and call five of your fellow citizens a day and let them know to vote for Hillary. I thank you.

(783 posts)I signed up on the volunteering site to make calls for Hillary, but immediately after that I was inundated by a stream of emails, some of which said something about what my next step should be, but most of which were solicitations for a $1 campaign contribution. The ones with information are now buried in the snowstorm of robo-emails. Not only that but usually when I go to one of her websites I'm met with a request for donation before it will allow me through to the next page -- and there seems to be no way (sometimes) to skip past the donation request. Obviously it is a time-consuming hassle to repeatedly fill out donation information every time you turn around, and in fact it has been an obstacle that has effectively dissuaded me from moving forward with trying to do the volunteering thing. There isn't even an unsubscribe link on the emails. There's a link you can click to reply or comment, but that leads you into more online insistence on filling in a screenful of tedious information. Does anybody know any way to get around all that?
I will click your .../calls/ link though; Thanks for posting that. Maybe it will take me straight to a site that will let me actually pick up assignments for making phone calls. One can hope
