Pence refuses to pardon Keith Cooper

Cooper spent 9 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. It is a pretty crappy story. I don't know if this link will work.

I wonder if Tim Kaine should sit Mr. Cooper in the front row. No heads up just do it and wait for the law and order question to point out Mr. Cooper.
