That is saying that if the GOP had nominated a sane candidate, that the Democrats would be losing somewhere around 43-48% to 39% (assuming that much of Johnson's support is from disaffected Republicans)?

Why are the national polls not reflecting this same breakdown?
Gary Johnson is an unrelenting disaster to himself, and yet he is drawing 15%?

While glad to see a solid lead in the once solid red state, I am bewildered by the inexplicable reporting that nationwide there is a swell of support for Trump.

but in national polls the thought is he his taking from both at least equally if not more from her (his support has tended to be younger) in point of fact the numbers quote show her losing 9 to Johnson while Trump only loses 5.

of out-and-out racists living here. A couple of Republicans I know are voting for Clinton because Trump is so crazy, but they are rare. It doesn't surprise me that 15% are voting for Johnson -- these are mostly Trump voters, but also some conservative Dems who don't like Trump or Clinton.

As usual, VA's saving grace is Northern VA, which goes Dem, and Norfolk area and Richmond City (not the counties surrounding) which also go Dem. The rest of the state is basically Dumbfuckistan and Trump Country.
