These polls--the good and the not so good--are meaningless until after tonight

because after tonight, for better or for worse, the race starts anew. 100 million people will be watching the debates (near Super Bowl levels) and one-third of voters say the debate will influence their vote. Bottom line is if HRC performs well she will get a boost and it might be the beginning of a sustained recovery. If, however, Trump doesn't droll and insult his way thru the debate the media might say he won and then there will be problems. I trust HRC will perform very well and be presidential.

In the end, however, the media will be the ones who influence who the winner is.
