In any case, with a 90-minute opportunity to expose himself before 80M Americans alone, no matter how disciplined (!) he may be, Rump should offer at least several shockers.
The bad news, or course, will come after with all those who are voting for him anyway. If he suggested processing refugees into food to alleviate the world hunger problem, it'd only lower his percentages slightly. That's just reality, even if he really, really, really should be trailing by 50 points. This isn't croquet, though, so okay? We'll take the win?
