We need Lester to step up. After the Lauer debacle NBC can't afford to be THE post-debate headline again. I think he will be extremely scrupulous and proactive in managing the debates.

but I'm afraid you're wrong. The MSM, with few exceptions, has been pushing the "false equivalency" meme when comparing Trump and Clinton in the name of "fairness." It's not fairness, of course; it's journalistic malpractice.

We'll see tomorrow night. I hope Lester will greatly exceed my expectations which are very low for him.

8. Well, he IS a Republican

But so are the Bushes and they aren't supporting Trump. I think Lester has a more intelligent image than Matt Lauer and will go out of his way to keep it intact.
