Trump: I reversed birther stance 'to get on with' campaign

https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-reversed-birther-stance-campaign-023253273--election.html

NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump says he finally admitted President Barack Obama was born in the United States because he wanted to "get on with the campaign."

In a brief interview with an Ohio television station Wednesday, Trump was asked why, after years as the chief proponent of the falsehood that the president was born outside the country, he decided to announce Friday that was no longer the case.

What had changed his mind?

"Well, I just wanted to get on with, you know, we want to get on with the campaign," the GOP nominee responded.

"And a lot of people were asking me questions. And you know, we want to talk about jobs, we want to talk about the military," he added. "We want to talk about ISIS and how to get rid of ISIS. We want to really talk about bringing jobs back to this area because you've been decimated. So we really want to get just back onto the subject of jobs, military, taking care of our vets, et cetera."

I'm not moving on from it. It's who he is and indicative of WHAT he is and I'm personally holding him to those words/actions for the rest of his life.

he claims he wants to get back to,

"So we really want to get just back onto the subject of jobs, military, taking care of our vets, et cetera."

Pukes have never cared about jobs for our country. They only care about the military contracts they can award to their cronies, both destroying countries and then the rebuilding. They know how to make needy vets but have never shown any interest in taking care of them.

He is saying this because they are Dem issues which Hillary is going to bring to fruition and the dumfuks running his campaign know that people want this. Hence the leader of the liars is spouting new lies.

The only reason I think it's good to move on is that his other lies need to be exposed.

It's easy to make a list with birtherism at the top.

I use to shut Republicans mouths who want to have one of their stupid 'one way' conversations. It's one of many -

But that way I don't have to listen to them flap their traps.

Trump has no values that last. His life is filled with expedient choices all of which can be abandoned as soon as they are no longer an advantage to him personally. This is exactly the kind of President he would be. A weathervane everchagning in the political winds.

A chickenshit in a cheap Chinese suit.

from his own overseas manufacturers.

Instead he chose to spend it spreading the most vile and racist smear about our duly elected (and very popular) president.

Sorry, but you don't get to walk away from that in a single afternoon.
