The lame stream media once again with the false equivalency bullshit.Don't let them get away with it
Hallie Jackson was on MSNBC earlier discussing with Steve Kornaki the upcoming debate. She said that with the first debate coming up next week, OUR polling shows that Trump Supporters don't want to hear about Trump not releasing his Tax Returns. They say that they don't care that he hasn't. They also don't care about his temperament and they don't want to hear about it.
Similarly, Clinton's supporters tell us that they don't want to hear about Hillary's emails and they also don't want to hear about her health issues.
Now here is where I have a problem with their false equivalency bullshit. YES, we didn't want to hear about Hillary's email bullshit, but the media MADE us hear about it for the past year and a half because that's ALL they would talk about. The GOP conducted bullshit hearings and forced us to hear about it. They asked the Justice Dept to look into a criminal complaint about her use of an email, even after the Justice Dept decided not to bring any charges. Then they forced the Director of the FBI to come up to the Hill and be questioned about how it came to be that the FBI could not bring itself to charge Hillary criminally when even the public thinks she is guilty, and every GOP Congressman was confident that could make a case for indicting Hillary.
When Trump surrogates began with the fake internet tapes and doctored footage, we said we didn't want to hear about Clinton's "health issues" , the media MADE US LISTEN to bullshit about her health. First by buying into the Trump campaigns lies that she had health issues using doctored footage of her laughing and of her tripping to spread rumors that she has Parkinson's Syndrome. Then when she fainted at the 9/11 commemoration, they said "AHA" "WE TOLD YOU SO" that was proof that she was seriously ill and dying, when she as dehydrated and had walking pneumonia.
Even though she had provided complete reports of her medical history previously, this is all that was talked about for a week, and she had to provide new reports from her doctor. In spite of this, the media ran with the stories that this was further proof that Hillary wasn't transparent and therefore, not trustworthy. When the media finally got around to being reminded that the only health records 70 year old Trump had provided a one page "letter" from his wack job of 'doctor', he then ran to the Dr. Oz show to which Dr. Oz willing played along with Trump's fake ass bullshit with a 2nd letter from his wack job of a 'doctor.'
So cut with the bullshit MSNBC and Ms. Hallie Jackson, because when we said that we didn't want to hear certain things, you told us "FU" and you made us hear it again, and again, and again, and again. And now with the debates beginning next week, the first of which is being hosted by NBC, Hallie Jackson is going to tell us that "your polling" has told you that Trump supporters don't want to hear about his Tax Returns and his temperament. "F" them and what they don't want to hear talked about. We had to listen to that which we didn't want to hear, so Trump's supporters should have to listen to shit that they don't want to hear just as we had to.
So I think that we need to let MSNBC, and NBC, and Hallie Jackson, and all the other campaign analysts, and show hosts, and news anchors know, that it's just plain bullshit if their polling is telling them that Trump Supporters don't want to hear about Trumps Taxes, and his temperament. WE DO. From now until election day. This is what drove Hillary's Honesty and Trustworthiness numbers into the toilet. The constant drumbeat that she was not Honest. She was not Trustworthy. Even though the two of them have similarly low ratings regarding Honesty and Trustworthiness, you wouldn't know it from listening to the broadcasts. Even when his numbers are lower than hers, its seldom mentioned. Along with the Trump Foundation bullshit, and the Trump University scams, Trump Modeling agency immigration scamming bullshit, and the multitude of Trump Lies, and the Trump Bankrupcies, and the Fake defunct Trump Vodka, Fake defunct Trump Steaks, Fake defunct Trump Magazine, that Trump lied about at the previous GOP debates which the media failed to call him out on.
