How to Relieve Anxiety about the Presidential Election

Lots of people appear to be worried about the outcome of the election in November. It bothers some enough to create actual anxiety symptoms. There's a simple way to help ease that anxiety:

Contact your local Democratic organization or a Hillary Clinton office near you and ask how you can volunteer to help in the campaign. There are many things you can do. Even if you're not comfortable with contacting voters directly, there is a lot of support work that goes into GOTV efforts.

By putting real personal effort into the campaign, you'll actually help the Democratic nominee win this election, and you'll be able to stem your anxiety through real action.

GOTV for Hillary!

So the way to beat him is to get out as many voters as possible.
