4. We already do this on the ground. Many of the big truck drivers are hired

for minimum pay and then worked overtime with little sleep. Many accidents are caused by semi drivers who fall asleep at the wheel and/or lose control. Just look up some of the accidents and the one that comes to mind is the one with a Walmart driver that killed one or two people and severely injured a well known person who sued them.
