Gay Marrriage in 2013

Which are the next state legislatures that will pass gay marriage? I think Rhode Island, Delaware, Illinois, Hawai'i and Minnesota are good shots. All are fairly liberal, and all have democratic governors and legislatures.

IL has Civil Unions - hope they next the next step.

It will come up in RI in 2013. Likely DE.

MN - likely a couple years out.

HI - hadn't considered it yet, but hopefully.
