I'm a woman. I wore cream and medium gray to a funeral for a soldier in Florida earlier in the summer.

As for your suggestion, gee, sorry, but big no to embracing that dreary cage of "respectable" male authority colors. Except as they overlap accepted wear to funerals and memorials to our dead--in most climates.

4. I like that she wears a lot of interesting colors.

Rather than try to emulate male presidents, with black, blue and gray. Instead of showing that she can be like a man, she is showing that a woman can do the job.

She is the first of her kind (female president) and she gets to establish the norms for the position.

They said she fainted and had to leave. It was on the fox news website so I don't give it too much credence but as bad as they are, they don't print stuff with no substantiation like the right wing blogs. They are still a professional news organization even if they are incredibly biased.
