(196 posts)No, she isn't either of those guys, she is quite unique. She has also had a hard row to hoe- the misogyny in this culture is as ingrained as the racism. The "Ginger Rogers" effect certainly applies here.

(1,979 posts)I was on the way home from work and flipping between 3 channels on satellite radio, MSNBC, Potus and Progressive - and guess what. All three had Dump on them.
I DO NOT GIVE A FLYING F-KING MONKEY what that asshat has to say. and i'm getting pretty fed up with not being able to find a station on my drive home that sends a democratic, progressive message. How are we supposed to support our candidate if we do not learn about the policies and plans that she is bringing to America?
I was so upset I was shaking. Progressive talk radio teaches me something every day, but this business of giving him time is making me reconsider my investment and making me very frustrated with those who are making these stupid programming decisions.
Stop talking about him!!!! Stop talking about the stupid shit he spews! Let's start bringing our candidate forward and getting her message out. SHE IS OUR HOPE. The more the media focuses on him and his insanity, the less we know about our own candidate.
Its all well and good to be drawn to watching a trainwreck, but if that is all you see, you may end up a causality yourself.

I know the Clinton's have this covered and have a strategy to maximize getting the most voters to the polls by election day, so I'm not worried in the least. Would love to see the post election destruction of the GOP. That's what I'm all about.

(6,335 posts)They all seemed to speak with commanding authority somehow. Liz Warren goes after the juggular without sounding male. And Thatcher began a revolution. I think a lot of it is just really natural. You have it or you dont. Or some have to work at it longer.
