2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumHallelujah! Hillary's Press conference on National Security is getting security questions!
She's on MSNBC now after having met with the National Security Team and is eloquent, knowledgable and beautifully informed. And when she started taking questions they've been, so far, about North Korea. And she's CRUSHING it.
Ask her real questions about presidentin' and she'll do it every time.

(3,335 posts)As she said, she set up this bipartisan commission to get moving on the security threats this nation will face come the first of the year. Also, the Obama Administration had already announced just last month that they had established facilities for the transitions teams as the law allows. This allows her to put together her "Security Team" and look presidential at the same time while Trump and his clown show is falling apart because he hires people and doesn't pay them.
I heard reported on the news twice today a story about a guy who was looking for the Trump campaign office in Florida so that he could volunteer his services. He had went to an address that was given to him as a campaign headquarters online and he said the place was vacant. He was telling the media that he wanted to help out with the Trump Campaign and stated that he had some experience in organizing. I could have told him that Trump has no Ground Game and I just hope that he was frustrated enough that he never goes back, or contacts anyone else about trying help the campaign get organized in Florida. Heck if Trump is not worried or concerned enough about having a Ground Game in Florida, why is this guy? And it ticked me off that the media reported on it twice. Trump already gets too much FREE publicity I don't want this to cause a swell of like minded fools to show up in Florida trying to build Trump a grassroots movement which would garner even more publicity when he isn't interested in building one himself.

(90,773 posts)What would be illegal (or at least unethical and stupid) would be for her to discuss what goes on in her official national security intelligence briefings, which are highly classified and conducted under the aegis of the Director of National Intelligence.
The way Benedict Donald and his minions have done.

(90,773 posts)...a thingy to indicate humor and irony, or several paragraphs explaining why you believe "not asking about the emails is illegal" and not an entirely bogus CDS "scandal."

(4,187 posts)for the media to ask Hillary security questions. Or any questions about governing, or policy, or anything else that might be meaningful and relevant to the electorate. They are required by law to ask only about the e-mails. At least, that's what the media seem to think the law says.
(I thought it was pretty funny and cute.)
