OMG, my mext door neighbor has a Trump/Pence sign up in their yard

I just moved here last October. I like the neighbors, at least I did until I saw the sign. May steer clear until after the election. Stupid people, small business owners. I want to say "You know if you did work for him, he would stiff you on the payment"

Don't want to take any chances. I don't like guns, don't mind if others have them, but I don't want one myself.

The opposite geographic representation of the USA. Fredneck to the west, western shore/ SMIB's to the south and east, surrounding a more liberal central area. Thankfully that's where the majority of people live.

It is close, but closer to Frederick. So not surprised that there are some tRump supporters up here. Even when I lived in the southern part of the county, there were always republican supporters. But they were very few of them.

While there certainly are "SMIB's", the fact is that Charles and Calvert counties are bedroom counties now. Calvert, in particular, tends to be pretty upper-Middle Class. St. Mary's is now dominated by the Navy base at Patuxent River. Calvert and St. Mary's tend be more conservative, because of the money and association with the military, but it's no longer politically dominated by "SMIB" Good Ole Boys. Still, the Congressman from there is Steny Hoyer.

I was born in St. Mary's, so go easy on the insults, eh?

I am actually glad I don't live there now, the bedroom communities I am sure have ruined the quaintness of it. Which to me was its only saving grace. Well that and Saint Mary's College. Perhaps the oyster festival.

My dad was retired Navy, and liked it there, so stayed.

There is still plenty of "quaint" off the beaten path.... crab houses, marinas, etc. But if you haven't been in a while the populated areas are very much like any DC/Baltimore 'burb. My wife's family is from Silver Spring, and I did my undergrad at UMD in College Park.

Any piece of ground that has Trump sign stuck in it, is, in my opinion, a super-fund toxic cleanup site! These Trumpeteers can be delusional and dangerous. I wouldn't mess with them. Sorry, poor you.

telephone pole with the word "Trump" painted on it.

A week before that, as I was walking to the levee in my neighborhood for a walk by the water, this person shouts out to me "smile we are taking back our country".
The next week there was that sign in front of his house.

Eventually, it was taken down.
I was surprised to see the sign as I live in a very liberal area.

What is he going to do when Hillary wins......maybe move!

Probably the county took it down.

You should hope said neighbor moves with HRC wins, and good riddance.

I have not seen any Trump yard signs in my area yet, which is surprising, as we live in one of the redder so-called "collar counties" of the greater Chicago area. Most local offices never even have any Democrats running.

and tell them you are delighted to find out they are communists, since there are so few of you in the state, and you were thrilled to see comrade Trump's sign in their yard. Tell them that you are secretly working for the local KGB, and want them to get involved!! Serve vodka and herring.

They will move within two weeks.

We had a Bernie sign up until a week or 2 before we went on vacation. I truthfully saw so many Trump/Pence signs in our NC campground where we stayed (Emerald Isle, NC), that I made a note to myself about donating when I returned to Delaware. Should wait until after pay day though, since getting our 2 kids school years off to a decent start took my on-hand cash, and we're not quite done yet.

Add to that a "John Carney for Governor" sign!

I live in Louisville KY and in 2004 there were Bush Cheney signs everywhere. I will say I see some Trump signs in more redneck areas, but I haven't seen a lot.
I see more Hillary signs in the more liberal areas.
I know you can't take someone's sign, but can you add a sign to someone's yard. Something like, "I'm clearly a racist" or "I'm a sex offender" I would say both statements are probably true.
