I think it's the same two that were working last night until midnight.

Also if you look at the link named "Southeast Door to Lobby" through the window there are several people working in the cubicles.

8. According to Huffington Post:

Nov 2012

Arizona 100% reporting

✓ Jeff Flake
893,595
49.9%

Richard Carmona
817,638
45.7

So according to Huffington Post, 100% have been counted and Flake won. I don't know why there is such a big difference between the reports.

100 % have not been counted if they still have 500,000 provisional ballots left.

100% of precincts have reported their votes. What is still not reflected in the final tallies, which is why at least two races are still up in the air (Kyrsten Sinema v. Vernon Parker and Ann Kirkpatrick v. Paul Gosar), are the early (absentee) ballots and provisional ballots, which according to news reports, are being counted, albeit slowly. According to one person I communicated with associated with the Sinema campaign, the votes yet to be counted are Democratic leaning by a significant margin, so they expect far more votes for Sinema and Kirkpatrick from these late counted ballots; although most likely not enough to make up the difference between Flake and Carmona or to unseat Sheriff Arpaio, which is a real shame. Unfortunately, due to the the new voter ID law passed by the Republican-controlled state legislature, lots and lots of university students and Latino voters were required to cast provisional ballots requiring them to return with proper ID for their provisional ballot to be tallied. The ballot counting is being monitored, but the person in charge, Ken Bennett, is a very conservative former ember of the Arizona legislature who pursued an investigation into President Obama"s birth certificate to determine if he should be on the ballot. Even here in Arizona, he was ridiculed into dropping the investigation, but it concerns all Democrats in AZ that he is in charge of the vote counting.

But early vote by mail (absentee) ballots, virtually all of which should be counted eventually. The problem lies with the provisional ballots, more than 100,000 of them, cast by voters whose IDs were questioned under the new voter ID law in AZ. Many of these ballots were cast by Latinos and university students and must be verified before being tallied, which is taking the most time. This is where I don't trust the Secretary of State's office to be completely fair and impartial.

16. Number of uncounted ballots in Arizona rises as deadline nears

Half of all early votes have not been counted yet, and a number of provisional ballots also remain. Latino advocacy groups worry because minorities are more likely to vote early, and a disproportionate number of provisional ballots came from predominantly Latino areas of the state.

Elections officials in the state only have five days to finish counting ballots, but advocacy groups are requesting a deadline extension to prevent voters from being disenfranchised.

20. Carmona and his team are closely monitoring this

During his daily campaigning and letting voters in Northern Arizona meet and question him, he received a lot of support from not only Democrats but Republicans and Independents.

So, to consider just registered Democrats or Republicans in the possible outcome without verifying the actual vote, could be way off. That is why Richard Carmona has not conceded to Jeff Flake and why Arizona is still in play for both a Democratic Senate and House seat. It also plays a very big role in increasing Obama's popular vote and turning Arizona blue.

Pressure for an accurate count from all States must be demanded by all if we are to believe that "Every Vote Counts."
