Republican laid out a grim map for Trump on MSNBC (Summary)

Pennsylvania: Gone
Virginia: Gone
Colorado: Gone
North Carolina: Slipping out of reach.

Needs to win Florida and Ohio and needs to turn around Michigan or Wisconsin.

I never thought I would see a Republican more honest than the MSM.

They are busy right now purging names of dems who can vote in those very states. onecaliberal Sep 2016 #1
Do the Dems have an anti purge oversight committee? anamandujano Sep 2016 #8

If he loses Pennsylvania, Virginia, Colorado, and North Carolina, but wins Ohio, Florida, Michigan, and Wisconsin, he is still 6 evs short.

Those both seem more likely than Michigan, to me. But I think he could win North Carolina.

Seems to me he needs to win Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, and one of Wisconsin-and-Iowa, or Michigan.

He is behind in all of those states, some by double digits. And his campaigns extreme incompetence makes such an endeavour nearly impossible.

He can get his base frothing at the mouth, but he needs more than that, and in several states at once. As long as the turnout of the groups he's insulted (women, anyone non-white, and more) holds up, I don't think he can do it, but he may get close in some of the states. Which says something about the USA at the moment.
