Related: About this forumWe don't have a Taco truck invasion here in Michigan
But I'd love to see one. I'd love to see a shoarma truck invasion as well and bring a spicy noodle truck invasion with it.
I really feel like I'm missing out. Thanks, DU.

(40,416 posts)Of course, my neighbors would be clutching their pearls if any of those things happened.
I just laugh.
But please, PLEASE! No lutefisk trucks on the corners. And I am Norwegian!
But a Finnish pasty truck would be great, as long as they put sufficient rutabaga in them, and sufficient gravy on top.
Good eatin!

(40,416 posts)I was born and raised in Detroit. Yes, IN Detroit. Cooley High grad of 1966.
As everybody knows, the further from the Mexican border, the worse the Mexican food is. My favorite outside Rosarita Beach on Baja is in New Mexico where they apparently know how it is done. Screw Tex-Mex.
And yes, taco trucks are awesome.
