Hes polling around 38%. That is the lowest a major presidential candidate has been at in decades. People absolutely hate Trump. If hes an asshole during the debates, most people will think "god, what an asshole". If he takes the same approach that caused him to be losing by near double digits then good. It will cause him to continue to lose by near double digits.
