Life must be pretty good when you can afford to sit out this election

Actress Susan Sarandon, who supported Bernie Sanders in the Democratic presidential primaries, makes it clear that she is not voting for Donald Trump and is waiting to be “convinced” about Hillary Clinton.

"I am not voting for Donald Trump ... so far nothing has happened that will make me vote for Hillary Clinton either — I’m waiting to be convinced," Sarandon, in Washington Wednesday to protest the construction of an oil pipeline on North Dakota tribal lands, tells The Hill's Molly K. Hooper in an interview.

Sarandon also says she is "encouraging people to vote for progressives in the House and Senate."
Watch the video above to hear Sarandon in her own words.

For that kind of comfort....
Although even if I got it, I would still vote for Hillary to save those who have little to nothing since I care about them (and which is why I'm a progressive)....not just about me, mine and what I have to have...

Guess Susan got the contract instead of me....gosh darn it! 😩

I can't stand her. Usually, I don't mix politics and movies, but I will never watch another of her movies again.

Everyone else is over Sanders not getting the nomination. Time to embrace the challenge at hand...or pout. There is a choice.

Her vote is going for HRC regardless of her voting behavior. Everyone in California is voting for HRC, just like everyone in Alabama is voting for Trump.

Her vote is not relevant at all, however, I am waiting to be convinced to watch any movie of hers! That's going to be a tough sell.

12. I'm sure that if Hillary reached out and personally phoned Susan or even dropped in for tea....

...that Susan would open herself to being convinced.

But barring that kind of personal outreach to salve her delicate fee-fees, I guess we'll just have to do without the support of the illustrious Ms Sarandon.

Now if she would only stfu.

Sarandon thinks HRC should drop her schedule to personally appeal to Sarandon's ignorant has-been ass. Not gonna happe, Sue.

The essence of today's progressivism has become "So how can I make this about all about me and my precious feelings?"

18. Susan Sarandon can afford a Trump presidency...just like she could afford a Bush presidency.

She helped elect Bush...go back and read the stuff that that crowd said...Nader, Sarandon...usual suspects. And what do these people accomplish? Nothing good. How many people lost their jobs, homes and very lives during the Bush years? They helped foist Bush tax cuts, income inequality, war, United, the end of voting rights, and ultimately economic meltdown. Susan you are not a friend to the left. You never were, and I wish you would go away.
