I assume that Mitch McConnell will hand Hillary a list of possible judges

on day1 that he will allow a vote on.

Even if we get a 50-50 Senate and the VP will have to put a couch in his Senate office and have to break the tie on every vote, without 60 votes we got nada.

I hope that someone in the DNC is working on a mid-year plan for the House/Senate in 2018.

have a chance to allow his caucus to vote or block, but if Schumer, Murray, whomever is majority leader the pubs'll have pretty much run their course on blocking judicial appointments.

Also, it's likely that the dynamics of the house will change somewhat in the next term with new faces replacing some of the old, especially tea partiers.

*we* deserve the best, most liberal justice in decades. we've had to wait soooo long.

that said, we'll no doubt have to wait longer still....

The Senate rules provided for simple majority vote on cloture the last time we were in power for all presidential nominees other than Supreme Court Justices. After what The Turtle did to Obama, you can bet that exception will be gone on Day One.
