Dems were afraid to object to them because of the right wing noise machine. Plus there was a state statute that was "changed" by an Administrative Code provision to comply with a consent decree.

It would have swung the election in favor of Mitt. I think they did vote but voted for the best man, Obama.

There were several reports this cycle showing the military donated more to Obama's campaign than Romney's.
Also, I live in the Tampa area and went to our County Elections website to see how different areas of the county
voted and MacDill AFB's (Cent Com) precinct voted for Obama 51% to 47% for Romney. So the idea that the military
was in the Repug pocket is crap!
