He gave a press conference and was lecturing communities about how they live. He said to stop blaming police and look at choices. Blaming people for the terrible choices they have in front of them. I thought he was some wingnut commentator, and and found out he was a sheriff!!! WTF?????

12. There was a problem in Milwaukee.

Someone with a gun who was running away from the cops was shot by the cops.

Locals were upset. Burned a few buildings, including a gas station.

Tried to pull people out of cars, and burned some cars. Tried to take down traffic lights. Not close to the '60s riots, which I think you remember.

I don't know if it was in the city or in the county surrounding Milwaukee.

He wins mainly because Wisconsin has an open primary and conservative talk radio encourages Republicans from the white suburbs to cross over and vote for Clarke. Some African Americans vote for him because he's black and/or (supposedly) a Democrat. I hope his increasingly bizarre behavior will wake up enough voters to end his reign two years from now.
