She's right.

George Tiller was not killed by someone who read a newspaper. He was killed after being egged on by a major commentator of Fox "News," which is a political organization if ever there was one.

If someone takes a pot shot at Hillary, it will be because he got it into his head that Trump blessed the action. If Trump later says, "I had no idea," then this should be taken as more of a very truthful generalization that was, in this case, not true as a specific.
