Just saw a Trump surrogate harping on the 47% don't play taxes Romney point of view. Wow. This was so great of a strategy for Romney that Trump is busting it out.

Maybe he is throwing this thing.

1. Trump's constant barrage of incredibly horrible, meanspirited statements...

easily eclipse that of romney's 47% remark. This comes at a high cost for trump, as he stands to do much, much worse than romney in november.

2. But how astonishingly self-destructive to bring up the comment that

arguably tanked Romney's chances.

It was Romney's mistake, so Trump sure didn't need to bring it back to remind voters and double down on it. He was beyond foolish if he actually did so!

3. Here is a comment he made on Hannity's show:

The problem we have right now—we have a society that sits back and says we don't have to do anything. Eventually, the 50 percent cannot carry—and it's unfair to them—but cannot carry the other 50 percent.

So he has apparently upped Romney's claim to 50%.
