He'd help HRC win that state.

He's a Mormon, and can take votes that would otherwise go to Trump, from discouraged Mormon Republicans who will never be able to vote for a Democrat.

And Utah has pretty easy ballot access rules.

We follow each other on Twitter. He's a pretty good guy, complete opposite views than us...he did this because of extreme frustration. I wouldn't mind seeing more citizens get involved.
