He's like a newsperson just reading the scrolling words. The russian puppet has no idea what the words mean.

(146,322 posts)Including the words he is reading. He reads aloud poorly, due to his lack of intelligence and limited vocabulary. Those cause him to stumble over words other people know. He simply doesn't understand them.
He's "Tremendously" stupid.
Hortensis
(58,785 posts)Unfortunately. Remember, most of his followers and others who might go back to him don't know what he's talking about either. He just has to look good to them.
We're naturally spoiled by all the gifts he's given us, but we may have to wean down and settle for less frequent flows of his priceless gems.

(4,112 posts)If he actually shows up to one, he'll have to go the route of the Dim Son to have a ghost of a chance. Even then, he doesn't listen to any of his advisors (because he's so tremendously smart all by himself) that the little voice in his ear would be worse than useless. I'd pay to see it!

And don't play any drinking games, MANative because with Donald Trump, you'll be smashed in the first half hour.
Along with my YUUUGE bucket of popcorn, I may need to go with near-beer for when tRump is speaking!

(56,828 posts)he will bring up Benghazi, Emails and building his wall.
Debate Moderator: "Mr. Trump, How do you respond to what Secretary Clinton says about the Middle East?"
Trump, "Well, Hillary is a big fat loser who should be in jail for her emails. Did I mention Benghazi? She fell asleep while Benghazi was happening. Can you believe it? I'm going to sit down with ISIS and offer to build a big beautiful golf course for them. It will be the best golf course, the greatest. I'm telling you. Did I mention I'm going to build a wall to keep ISIS in Mexico? It will be a big, beautiful wall with a beautiful door in it, and Mexico is going to pay for it, because I'm a winner and Hillary is a loser."

(23,138 posts)That's the feeling I got listening to his so-called support of McCain, Ayotte and Paul Ryan. You could tell he was just going along with this since his kids felt so strongly. You could see that he didn't believe a single word he was reading.

(23,138 posts)Did you see the clip? It was the most lukewarm, he didn't mean a single thing he just said, endorsement I've ever seen. It was like he truly hates them, but was being forced to do this. It came through so loud and clear. I know he can lie better than that, he just didn't want to, he wanted us to know he was just being a "party guy" in giving the recommendations.
denbot
(9,901 posts)It will not fight it. It will merely flop over and allow you to drag it around. Every time I see The Tang Stained Tain't reading a prepared speech, it reminds me of a cat being dragged by a leash.
