I suggest actually watching the video if you care to be informed doing a bit of reading- or ask questions. Oh, and democrats have twice voted him in to office in the State Senate and voted him into office in the House for 7 terms.

You aren't a voter here so your support is irrelevant. And tons of folks here know David personally in a way they don't know Shap.
Shap originally announced a run for guv- I would have supported him- but his wife got cancer and he dropped out to be with her during treatment. Thankfully, she responded well and this spring he decided to run for Lt. Guv. In no way is David a spoiler here.

Both Shap and David are definitely rising stars in Vermont Dem circles. Same with Matt Dunne who is running for Guv.
