His campaign is a scam from top to bottom.

Couldn't people contact the credit card company and cut off payments to his campaign? Or cancel that account and start a fresh one?

Sometimes credit card issuers will stipulate that cancellation isn't possible unless recurring payments are cancelled.

Well, maybe it's not that way now, but it was that way for me many years ago. I honestly can't remember the details now, but I know Capital One issued the card that kept sending me a monthly bill for awhile despite me (1) Cancelling the card and (2) Cancelling the monthly payments (to whomever it was).
