Trump has no real campaign staff to help GOTV or just to make calls
and raise money.

He doesn't have and won't understand a good GOTV infrastructure. As his polling continues to drop so will his ability to raise funds. And as he makes these outlandish statements, that only increases fundraising opportunities for Hillary.

After 2012 the GOP did a study that showed they needed more women,
latinos, and blacks if they wanted to win the White House again. However
Trump is toxic to those groups and add Mike Pence to that mix and you
lose the GLBT vote too.
