Reminder: With Or Without Trump, Rethugs Suck

Keep that in mind just in case Trump ceases to be the R nominee. The Rs will not take such an event to reset their party or platform. They will simply replace Trump with someone less-odious than Trump, and there is a lot of room between less odious and acceptable to rational people. Not a word of their bigoted platform will change, and neither will their propensity for lying 24/7.

One thing you can expect: Rs who have joined the "I'm with her" movement will do a 180 and scurry back to the R fold. They will say that their problem was always and only with Trump, not with the party or their odious platform. As a huge bonus, they will be able to desert Hillary en masse, which will give the media an anti-Hillary talking point for who knows how long.

We are better off the longer Trump stays in this race.
