"in any logical universe" Rove "would never be hired to run or consult on a national campaign again"

http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/11/08/us-usa-campaign-rove-idUSBRE8A701120121108

He said Obama's margin of victory among young voters decreased in his second election. He said Obama is the first president to be re-elected with a smaller share of the vote than in his first election.

Saying that Romney had convinced voters he was a better leader and had a better vision than Obama, Rove offered a different spin on Romney's losing campaign.

"This thing," Rove said, "was won."

--Hey Karl --
As of 2:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Obama has widened his popular vote lead. He now leads 60,193,076 or 50.4% to 57,468,587 or 48.1% with nearly all precincts reporting. Still no official word yet, however.

I don't think Rove is a genius. I think he is a sociopath and that has helped him get to where he is now. But being a pathologic liar is not brilliance, its just being a douche bag.

Honestly, I think Rove is scared to death now after he promised all of those billionaires if they just threw their fortunes at this election, they would get anything they want. He probably has a number of pissed off rich people out for his head now.

He got an idiot elected twice, sure. But the first time he lost the popular vote and had to be appointed by the Supreme Court, and the second time he won by one state, likely by cheating. Hardly a shining track record of success.

Off to the shitpile of history for you, Turd Blossom.

They barely "won" both times. They basically won every political contest with the democrats but had no long term strategy to do anything lasting except for the wars. There have been better campaign managers throughout history and I think Obama's people are better because they won by more and made the unusual decision to spend their money early defining mittens before the end of summer. On the republican side you could argue that Lee Atwater was better because he won an election he shouldn't have in 1988 when bush 41 came from behind and won in nearly a landslide after 8 years of reagan which is something no sitting VP had done since Martin Van Buren. All turdblossom did was fix the machines in 2004 and get the vote count stopped in 2000. They literally won by one state both times and the results were fixed.
